Spring sunshine, if not spring weather

It looked deceptively bright and spring-like today, with bright sunshine and lots of cumulus humilis and fractus about.

The edge of a big cumulus cloud seen through a bare ash tree.
Summery little humilis and fractus in the afternoon.

Such pretty cumulus clouds! There were cirrostratus here with a nice halo today, but a cold front will be passing through on Wedsnesday, and that won't be so pretty :( Glad you're having good weather :)

Thanks Lucia, but I'm not sure that our weather is very good just now. Still very cold and it will be the equinox tomorrow. Cirrostratus generally means it will be cold at night, so keep warm!
